ESD IXPE foam is suitable for packaging and shipping products for the following reasons:

· Permanent anti-static: with stable resistance in the range of 10^{^3}-10^{^5}Ω or 10^{^6}-10^{^9}Ω;  

· Soft and impact resistant: the foam is uniform cellular structured with normal density of 40-45kg/m³:

· Extremely low water absorbency: IXPE foam has a closed independent cell structure, and made of materials with water proof, moisture proof, and anti-pollution;

· Easy processing: with uniform nucleation, good tensile performance, and suitable for various processing and molding;

· Light weighted and durable: cross-linked molecular structure, and improved polyolefin melt strength; the material is smooth with tension;

· High temperature resistance and anti-aging: the working temperature of IXPE foam is up to 80°C, and the foam is acid and alkali resistance.
