In the past two years, more polymers have been committed to the upgrade of "anti-static tray" (ESD tray) products in order to replace the existing hollow board lamination foam tray (ESD PE foam tray) to better serve PCBA manufacturers. .
In October 2021, the new product ESD foam tray completed the product test, and successfully delivered the first order in December 2021, with good feedback from users.
Compared with the previous products, the biggest advantages are: lighter weight; scratch resistance, rubbing resistance; no smell, high production efficiency. And because the ESD foam tray adopts a one-step molding process, the tray has no seams, will not crack, and is not easily deformed.
