"How to minimize the transportation volume of corrugated boxes" has always been a R&D topic for our company(Yufa Polymer Products Co., Ltd.).

This is not simply solved through disassembly and folding, but requires R&D to coordinate from three aspects: Raw material ratio, Extrusion process, and Final molding, in order to ultimately achieve customer satisfaction with the product.

The current R&D results have been tested, and boxes produced with thinner 3-4mm sheets can replace boxes made with 4-5mm sheets previously. But the hardness, toughness, and load-bearing strength of the box remain unchanged.

The transportation volume can be reduced by folding or by reducing the thickness of the board.

Although the thickness has only been reduced by 1mm, this advantage is very obvious when the product is shipped as a whole container.
