An anti-static lean tube cart is the moving link between workstations inside an EPA (Electrostatic Protected Area). Its job is to keep static-sensitive components at the same electrical potential as the ground from the moment they leave a machine until they reach the next process — and to do it while remaining light, modular and easy to reconfigure.
Every Yufa cart is built from anti-static coated lean tubes, reusable metal joints, ESD shelf boards, gravity flow rails and ESD casters. Because the frame is assembled rather than welded, shelves, tiers and overall dimensions can be changed in minutes — one platform can serve an electronics line, an automotive cell and a warehouse kitting area.

Flow Rail or Flat Shelf — Choose the Right Configuration
The two cart types solve two different problems. Many customers combine both in a single tailored cart, so each tier does the job it is best at.
• Gravity-fed flow rail — for small, flat-bottomed items picked at high frequency
• Flat ESD shelf board — for larger, heavier or irregularly shaped items
• Hybrid — flow rails on one tier, shelf boards on another, on the same frame
