Dual-Color Visual Management

Black top layer + blue bottom layer composite creates a “Shadow Board” effect. When a component is removed, the contrasting blue cavity is instantly visible — enabling real-time inventory confirmation.

High-Precision CNC Milling

Multi-axis CNC milling creates deep, complex step-cavities with tolerances of ±0.1mm. Each cavity is a perfect fit for its specific component — no molds needed, no minimum order quantities.
