The ESD PCB Magazine Rack is a professional-grade handling and storage solution designed for the electronics manufacturing industry. Our product line includes two main types:
• Anti-Static Magazine Rack — Aluminum alloy frame + PP / fiberglass side panels, rated 80°C to 230°C
• Aluminum Alloy Rack — Aluminum alloy frame + aluminum alloy side panels, rated up to 500°C
Both types share the same aluminum alloy frame structure. The key difference lies in the side panel material. Follow these four steps to find the right model for your needs.
STEP 1 Determine Your Operating Temperature
First, identify the temperature range of your working environment. This determines which product type and side panel material you need:

⚠ IMPORTANT: The 500°C rating is ONLY available with the Aluminum Alloy Rack. Anti-Static Racks max out at 230°C.
⚠ For 230°C and 500°C models, plastic clips cannot withstand the temperature. Metal screws must be used.
✔ Standard temperature models (80°C / 120°C) can use anti-static plastic clips for quick tool-free assembly.
STEP 2 Measure Your PCB Size
Measure your PCB dimensions (Length × Width), then find the smallest rack that fully accommodates your boards:
