Our client, a leading manufacturer in the semiconductor and server industry, was looking for a tailored packaging solution for internal factory circulation. The packaging needed to be durable, anti-static, shock-resistant, compression-resistant, cost-efficient in logistics, and reusable.
Customer Requirements
During daily PCBA circulation, the client wanted packaging that could:
· Provide stronger load-bearing performance for heavier assemblies.
· Allow more compartments while keeping dividers as slim as possible to maximize space utilization.
· Ensure stable anti-static performance for sensitive PCBA components.
· Be efficient in transportation, with secure stacking and reusable design.
YUFA Polymer Solution
We developed a custom ESD honeycomb box using 4mm anti-static honeycomb sheets (1200g/m²).
· Box Dimensions: 400 × 300 × 220 mm
· Internal Structure: 48 compartments with a single-layer divider design
· Capacity & Strength: Load capacity up to 30 kg, providing enhanced protection for PCBA assemblies
· Material Properties: Black, permanent ESD (surface resistance: 10⁴–10⁹ Ω)
· Stackability: Designed to be stackable with or without lid
· Production & Delivery: 100 units, completed within 7 days
