Bulk Material for In-House Fabrication — EVA / XLPE (Anti-Static / Conductive / Cut-to-Size)

For customers who fabricate their own foam inserts or need material for prototyping, we offer ESD foam sheets and rolls in two materials. Same quality foam we use for our custom parts — now available for your workshop.

Material Options

XLPE Foam — Our Special Capability

Standard XLPE foam is typically available in thicknesses of 4–6mm due to production limitations. However, we offer thermal lamination to achieve greater thicknesses — up to 500mm — while maintaining ESD properties throughout.

This means:

· You can get thick XLPE blocks for CNC machining

· Consistent ESD performance through the entire thickness

· Ideal for large precision components or deep cavities

Specifications：

· Thickness: 2mm to 100mm standard; up to 500mm laminated (XLPE)

· Sheet size: Up to 2000 × 1000 mm (custom sizes on request)

· Rolls: Lengths up to 50m (thin gauges)
