Our anti-static PE bags are manufactured from a blend of LDPE and LLDPE with a proprietary anti-static additive, providing reliable static charge dissipation for the safe packaging and handling of electrostatic-sensitive devices. The anti-static agent migrates to the film surface to form a conductive moisture-absorbing layer, offering effective charge dissipation under normal ambient conditions.
Available in two standard colors — pink and blue — these bags are immediately recognizable on any production floor as ESD-safe packaging. The color coding helps operators quickly distinguish anti-static bags from ordinary PE bags, reducing the risk of accidental use of non-ESD packaging. Pre-made in a wide range of standard sizes from 50×80mm to 600×900mm, with custom sizes available on request.
