PRODUCT DETAILS
Our one-piece ESD EVA foam trays are manufactured from pre-foamed EVA sheets. The material is preheated, formed in a matched male-and-female mold, held under pressure, cooled for dimensional stability, and then trimmed to the finished shape.
Unlike conventional laminated foam trays, these trays require no bonded layers or separately attached bottom panel. The integrated structure reduces the risk of delamination, loose particles, and edge separation while providing reliable cushioning, positioning, and ESD protection.
Custom cavities, dividers, support points, clearance areas, stacking features, and automation pick-up structures can be incorporated into the molded design.

Key Features
• One-Piece Construction — No adhesive lamination, bonded layers or separately attached bottom panel.
• Matched-Mold Heat Forming — Creates deep cavities, rounded transitions, dividers and complex three-dimensional structures.
• Stable ESD Performance — ESD properties are integrated into the foam material rather than applied as a surface coating.
• Shock and Vibration Cushioning — Helps protect components during handling, storage and transportation.
• Low Particle Generation — Reduces the risk of flaking, debris and layer separation associated with laminated foam trays.
• Closed-Cell Structure — Provides low water absorption and thermal-insulation properties.
• Wear and Scratch Resistance — Suitable for repeated handling and returnable transport applications.
• Stable Stacking — Stackable structures can be incorporated for organized storage and reusable transport.
• Precision Component Positioning — Custom cavities hold parts securely and reduce movement or contact between components.
• Automation-Ready Design — Pick-up points, positioning features and clearance areas can be designed for automated handling.
• Custom Molded Markings — Logos, recycling symbols, part numbers and orientation marks can be incorporated into the mold.
