Our black conductive PE film is manufactured from carbon-black-loaded polyethylene, providing permanent, volume-conductive ESD protection that is completely independent of ambient humidity. Unlike surface-treated anti-static films that rely on moisture to dissipate charge, the conductive carbon network is uniformly embedded throughout the entire material matrix — ensuring consistent electrical performance over the full product lifetime.
Available in two forms — single/double-wound roll film and seamless tubing — the product is designed for high-volume automated packaging lines, die-cutting operations, and manual packing stations for electrostatic-sensitive devices (ESDs). The tubing format can be cut and heat-sealed to any length on-site, offering maximum flexibility for irregular-shaped components.
