ESD-Safe Aluminum Foil Bags for MSL-Rated Components & Long-Term Storage (WVTR < 0.05 g/m²/day | IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 | Vacuum Sealable)

Our moisture barrier bags (MBBs) are engineered for the most demanding electronics packaging requirements — where both moisture ingress and electrostatic discharge must be controlled simultaneously. Built with a multi-layer aluminum foil laminate structure, these bags provide an exceptional moisture vapor barrier (WVTR < 0.05 g/m²/day) combined with inherent ESD shielding from the continuous aluminum foil layer.

Designed to meet IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 requirements for moisture-sensitive devices (MSDs), these bags are the standard outer packaging for components with Moisture Sensitivity Levels (MSL) 2 through 6. Used together with desiccant packs and humidity indicator cards (HICs), they create a complete dry-pack system that maintains floor life integrity during storage, shipping, and distribution.
