1. Client Background A client from the semiconductor industry required specialized packaging for PCB assemblies (PCBA) used in their production line. Customer Challenge Previously, the client used general anti-static bags, which offered basic static protection but lacked effective shielding against electromagnetic discharge. Our Solution Yufa Polymer designed a custom metallic shielding bag with the following specifications: · Material structure: PET + Aluminum metallization + CPP/PE + Anti-static coating. · Shielding effectiveness: <50 nJ. · Static decay: <2 seconds. · Surface resistance: 10⁸–10¹¹ Ω. · Custom dimensions: optimized for the client’s PCBA trays, ensuring secure fit. · Thickness: 0.075 mm ±10%, with strong heat-sealed edges for durability. 4. Delivery & Implementation · Order quantity: 50,000 pcs. · Thickness: 3 mil · Lead time: 10 days. · Packaging: packed with protective carton + moisture barrier to ensure safe delivery. The bags were delivered on schedule and immediately put into use in the client’s factory for in-house circulation and export shipments. 5. Client Feedback The client confirmed that: · The new ESD shielding bag significantly reduced static failures in transit. · Durability exceeded expectations, allowing multiple reuse cycles. · Shielding performance was consistent with international standards. Anti-static Floor mats are mainly made of conductive materials, static dissipative materials and synthetic rubber through various processes. The top is static dissipative layer, approx.0.3-0.5 mm thickness, and the bottom is a conductive layer of about 1.5-1.7 mm thickness. The mat is durable, has good acid, alkali and chemical resistance, and is wear resistant and easy to clean.
